Don’t miss out if your child completed the 100 Day Practice club last semester Sept-Dec 2011.

RSVP for 100 Days Club TODAY
If you have not RSVP’d regarding the bowling party this Tuesday, please do so asap to mrdonofrio@gmail.com. Please include the name of your 100 day club child and the number of family members attending in the email.

The teachers are allowing all participants to leave the Play-In at 4:55 pm so they may get to the bowling alley by 5:15. Parents and siblings are welcome to attend!!

Suzuki Strings of Madison will pay for one game of bowling, pizza and pop for all of the children who participated. Ten Pin Alley kindly provides free shoes for the 100 DC participants. Parents and siblings are asked to please pay for their own bowling and shoes as you check out and for pizza.

SUZUKI STRING FIDDLE TUNES for the 2/25 workshop and Barn Dance

Dear SSM families,

The SSM Fiddle workshop and Barn Dance will be held on Saturday February 25, at the Goodman Community Center. The charge will be $15 for first child and $10 for additional children for both workshop and dance. Dance only is $5. Schedule and registration materials are forthcoming.

Please find the PDF for your child’s group class level. Print these pieces and practice at home and at your private lesson. Your group classes will be learning and reviewing these pieces weekly in January and February.

If your student likes learning these please sign up at group class to order the fiddle book: Brian Wicklund Book 1 American Fiddle Method (with CD and DVD included).

Join with other Suzuki Strings of Madison parents for “Parents as Partners” an electronic series of videos by renowned Suzuki teachers about the Suzuki journey produced by the Suzuki Association of the Americas. These short videos viewed at your convenience are full of helpful hints, stories you can relate to, practical ideas, etc. Check out the website to learn more.

The 2012 event will begin Monday, January 30th and run through the end of June.
